Am I able to collect my order, to avoid paying postage/freight costs?

Why do the products weigh so much?
In order for our system to work out a charge price for freight, it takes into account the dead weight and the cubic weight and will charge on whatever is highest, rounded to the nearest kg. The dead weight is the physical weight of the product and the cubic weight is the length x width x height.
For example if an export wine carton (which is quite large, but very light) is purchased, it measures 45 x 41 x 33cms. It’s dead weight is 1.3kgs however it’s cubic weight is 15.22 kgs, meaning the charge weight will be 16kgs.
Because we sell large volume light products and low volume heavy products, it means that the weight you see is not always the physical weight.
Do you have other stores around Adelaide?
We have just the one location, near Adelaide Airport. From here we operate from a warehouse and office space.
Are you open at the weekend?
No, our business hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4pm on Fridays.
What should I do if I can’t find the product I am after, on your website?
Please call the office during opening hours and one of our team will assist you further. Alternatively, please email us your request to email@example.com and we will endeavour to respond within 1 business day.
How long will my products take to arrive?
This varies depending where in Australia the goods are being shipped to. Your products will be despatched via a third party courier (Hunter Express). Orders received by midday (Adelaide time) will be despatched same day. Orders received after midday will be despatched next working day. The following table gives approximate transit times (in working day) for delivery of your goods, from pickup date:
Sydney: 2 days
Perth: 5-7 days
Canberra: 2 days
Hobart: 5 – 7 days
Brisbane: 3 days
Darwin: 5-7 days
My products are not suitable – can I return them?
Adelaide Packaging Supplies offer a 30 day money back assurance from the date the goods are received by the customer. For further information, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy on page 2 of our Policies and Procedures (link at the base of the page).
